Technology is modern, winemaking process is gentle. The grape is processed shortly after harvest, with minimal oxidation potential.
The must is usually fermented in steel tanks with organic yeasts, and only our estate wines, selections and red wines are fermented or aged - in whole or partly - in barrels.
We mainly use Hungarian oak barrels, from burgundy to 500 litres, from light roasted to medium head roasted as well.
To achieve the highest quality possible, from harvesting to bottling, we carry out all processes between the walls of the winery.
